Professional teaching artists, who work both locally and nationally, lead interactive workshops and residencies. We offer a wide variety of programs for students of all ages. Programs Available for Grades K-12
• WEST carries Liability & Workman’s Comp Insurance
• 10% of after-school tuition applied toward scholarships
• WEST handles all administrative duties
Explore all areas of theatre (or other school subjects) by using drama techniques. Programs range from multiple weeks to an entire school year. Classes take place during the school day as an arts education enrichment program or as after-school arts enrichment. Prices vary. All materials supplied by WEST.
FUNDING OPPORTUNITY: The Cultural Council of Santa Cruz County is offering matching arts grants of up to $1,000 for schools which can be used for any of the WEST school programs. MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN ARTS EDUCATION

REACH FOR THE STARS, a partnesrship with Amesti Elementary supported by The SPECTRA program and Women In Philanthropy, offered year long instruction in drama, dance, music and art. Focusing on the importance of education, making positive choices and setting career goals, REACH FOR THE STARS concluded with an original production featuring the talents of all 635 Amesti students performing for the Watsonville community.
