Are Payment Plans Available?

Payment Plans are available to any family. This flexible option allows families to split their balance into two or three installments. No application is required; but a payment plan must be arranged prior to the start of the class by emailing admin@westperformingarts. You will receive a code to use at registration that will allow you to register with a partial payment.

Is Financial Assistance Available?

WEST is committed to providing children of all ages access to theatre and theatre education, regardless of a family’s financial situation. We do not believe that finances should be a barrier to participating in our Education programs. Because of this commitment, we offer payment plans and need-based scholarships. Please note: our Financial Aid is not determined by fundraising efforts and is very limited. Because of this, we accept scholarship requests ongoing, but have set scholarship fund allocations for each class.

What happens if my student needs to miss class?

As students depend on their scene partners, class attendance is necessary. However, if your student will be late or needs to miss a class due to an illness, please alert WEST as soon as possible at classes@westperformingarts.com or by calling 831-425-9378.

Can my student make up a class?

Unfortunately, our teaching artist’s schedules are pre-determined and we are unable to accommodate make-up classes.

Will I receive information about my class prior to the first day?

Yes, you should receive an initial conformation once you register. Approximately one week to the start of class, you will receive any updates or additional information necessary to participate in the class. Be sure to check the email associated with your account to receive information about your student’s upcoming camp or class. If you do not receive the initial confirmation immediately after registering, please check your Spam folder.

Will there be a performance at the end of the class?

During our 2021 Summer camps and classes we will not be having family or friends attend a last day sharing or performances. Unfortunately due to Covid, WEST is limiting the amount of visitors in our facility in order to keep students and staff safe.

What is a kidcode?

A kidcode is a one or two-word "password" that will be asked for during pick-up by WEST staff to ensure all students are leaving with an authorized adult.

 How do I contact WEST?

WEST creative Performing Artsl can be contacted via email at classes@westperformingarts.com. We respond to emails Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m during summer camp hours.
