General Policies

● Renters are required to show proof of insurance with Actors' Theatre as an "additional insured."

● Rental begins at agreed upon scheduled times. Additional fees are levied for overage use.

● Hourly rentals do not include use of the tech booth, sound system or stage lights. Work lights on stage and house lights are available.

● 50% of total rental contract is due at contract signing and is non-refundable and non-transferrable. A separate damage deposit may also be required depending on the. nature of your event.

Facility Rental Rates

Non-technical Use: $30/hour (rehearsals, workshops, meetings)

Technical Rehearsals: $100 flat rate/4 hour time block

Performances: $300/4 hour time block. ($200 for second show same day)*

A special residency rates may be considered for long term users or productions.

*A performance = any event to which the general public is invited or a fee is charged
